"How'd you get in to THAT???"
I get that question all the time. Divine favor? Yeah. That sums it up.
The success of my first marketing company allowed me to tinker at the race track on the weekends (road course, not a silly straight line or an oval). As my love for driving grew, I purchased a new Porsche 911. I modified it endlessly, and, using some marketing skills, had an online following of over one million motor heads. My favorite magazine, Excellence : The Magazine About Porsche, was having a shootout among some of the strongest modified new Porsches out there. I shipped my car from North Carolina to Los Angeles, had GMG Motorsports put a new (as in, quieter for Cali standards) exhaust system on it, and then drove it up PCH/1 to San Francisco for the shootout.
My car won. Pete Stout, the editor (and now my very good friend), invited me to fulfill a childhood fantasy by writing a one page "Owner's Perspective" on the whole experience. I did that, and he printed it. Apparently he liked it, because he called me a few months later and asked me if I'd be willing to go to Stuttgart, Germany to test the then new Porsche Panamera Turbo at the factory release. Since then, I've been able to test and write about some fantastic cars on epic roads and tracks worldwide. The magazine is available at nearly every legit bookstore (Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million, etc). I welcome you to check out my work. I'm not in every issue, but almost...
Here's the thing - We GET it.
If we can make a certain kind of physician, say, a Cosmetic Surgeon, win in Orlando and Phoenix, then we know how to make one win in Milwaukee and another in Sacramento. We have this track record. We've figured it out.
We've got a solution for those of you that have been down the Wordpress/Blogger/Blogspot road, only to never see any traffic. We have a few blogs out there that are seeing over 1,000 unique hits a week, and get a lot of interaction.
Additionally, we've found that more than half of blog readers actually do so from a mobile device. Check out one of ours on your phone. You'll see that the blog entries read as well as your Kindle app. It's good. We know it.

I get what it's like to own and run a small business. I also remember what it was like when I had to pay someone else to build my site... and even worse... pay them to update it. Business owners can't stand asking their "web guy" to make a change to the site, only to wait forever and then get a big bill in the mail.
Not only have I, Jared Cullop, owned numerous marketing companies, I've owned a Business Advisory company. So, unlike with most "web guys", you're going to get the huge added benefit of having someone chime in on your site and business that actually has a clue.
I know how to help you win. Plus, once the site is done, I spend an hour with you, either in person or via online conference, and train you how to fully manage the content of your site, keep traffic flowing, and more. I rarely hear from my clients once their site is done, accept when they send a referral. I have a system that gives you the power.
If you have a church, ministry, or philanthropic non-profit organization, we at JCI want to support what you're doing. We've got a comprehensive website package that is fully mobile without compromise. We teach you and your staff how to use it to be the hub of all social media, events, and more.
This is an area where we "reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion".
Here's what I mean: There are certain things that I believe in very much, and there are others that I am strongly against. For example, if Planned Parenthood came to me and wanted a website quote, they couldn't afford it in a million lifetimes. But if a pro-life pregnancy options center, such as CareNet, came to me needing a new site, then I'll do anything in my power to help them. I can stretch payments out for years, if need be.
So, if you have a non-profit organization, you might just be able to get an incredibly good deal on your site and online presence. Just know that the man who is making the decision has things that he stands for, namely, life, love, generosity, and helping the poor. If your organization qualifies under one or more of those, I'd be honored to hear from you. You'll be able to afford your website, and it will be stellar... not some dumbed down version.
Squarespace 6 simply offers more ease of managing your inventory than other platforms, and your image galleries will render perfectly on mobile devices. It's a no-brainer.
"A couple of years ago Jared built us a website using the Wordpress platform. At the time it was the best and easiest platform to allow us to edit our website on the fly. In those two years though technology has progressed and Jared presented to us a SquareSpace website design. Just when we thought WordPress was easy to use, SquareSpace comes along and literally makes it even easier. It’s really as easy as ABC, 123. It literally takes seconds to make a page, add photos, inventory, and text. Jared and the SquareSpace software have now allowed us to become even more efficient on the web."

This is a side of my business that I'm really proud of. For graphic designers, you either get it or you don't. Thing is, 99.3% (obvious fictional statistic) of graphic designers have no idea what it's like to really run a business that specializes in growing companies' bottom line. For the past few years, I've owned a Business Advisory firm. I have learned, at times painfully, through trial and error how to truly effect the emotions of a consumer-base through shapes and colors.
